While working on my other project (The Ruins of Galdos Click here) I needed a way to fill in the lake in the level, I tried adding underwater ruins but it all got too much. I thought of adding life to the lake, the first thing that came to mind was kelp and coral. It didn't match the aesthetic or feel of the environment, but I didn't want to give up on the idea. As you may or may not be able to tell I have a fascination of animals, My final projected had a dog which followed you around helping you, I have created a load of 3D animal models in my spare time.
So It gave me an idea to create an underwater game, I currently don't have a finalized game plan for it.
But here is a basic breakdown of this:
Game Title: Oxidane
Genre(s): Educational, Simulator, Single player
Platform(s): PC
Game Engine: Unreal Engine 4
Other Softwares: Blender and Photoshop
I want to create an underwater ecosystem full of life, this time creating a whole game using my coding, 3D modeling, Rigging & Animation, and Level Design skills. I have named this game Oxidane; it is a scientific name for water.
